Tomorrow Morning I will change password and see if that corrects the issue. Also, we are running Windows XP Professional. I changed the password to the account and I am still receiving the pop-up. After looking at the pop-up, it is trying to connect to our exchange server: mail. I type the correct credentials and the pop-up still comes up. Also, I went into manage passwords and made a reference to the exchange server with credentials and still same issue. The funny thing is: if i exit out the pop-up and click need password, it will connect to the exchange server no problem.
We can work around this issue that way; however, the client wants the pop-up to disappear. Thanks for all your help and any other advice will be greatly appreciated.
